Important Dates

1. Deadline for submission of abstracts:

September 30, 2021
October 15, 2021 (Extended)

2. Notification of acceptance:

November 1, 2021

3. Uploading presentation materials:

November 1-12, 2021

4. Program open:

November 15, 2021

Review

If we receive a large number of submissions, the steering committee will review the abstracts and select participants for oral presentations. In this case, the secretariat will notify you by November 1, 2021 of whether or not you can only attend the poster presentation.

1. Abstract ASEAN IVO Forum 2021 – Abstract Submission Form
   

   Requirements for the abstract file
   - Pages: No more than 3 pages
   - Format: PDF only
   - File size: No more than 5MB

   Abstracts should be submitted by 30th September 2021, through our website in addition to filling in the registration information. Submissions of abstracts after this date will NOT be accepted. Please note that the submission process is to be carried out entirely on this website. Do not email your submissions.
   The author submitting the abstract will automatically be registered as the Correspondence Author (primary contact author) and receive all communications regarding the submission.

2. Re-submission of Abstracts
   

   You can revise your abstract after the first submission and re-submit it with your password as long as it is before the submission deadline, 30th September 2021. Please login and go to the "My page".

3. Materials for Presentations
   

   Presenters will be required to submit a PowerPoint presentation (PDF).
   The size of the PowerPoint (PDF) should be no more than 10MB.
   You may submit additional supporting files (mp4, mov, URL), if you wish.

   Requirements for video files. (If submitting a video)
   - Length: no more than 10 minutes.
   - Format: mp4 or mov
   - File size: No more than 130MB

4. Backup Presentation Video (for Nov. 18, 2021) * Non mandatory
   

   To be prepared just in case, send in your backup presentation video by Friday, November 12. In the case that you meet internet malfunction and lose connection on the forum day, the secretariat can play your presentation video if submitted in advance.

   Requirements for Backup Presentation Video
   - Length: no more than 10 minutes.
   - Format: mp4 or mov
   - File size: No more than 130MB
   

5. Program will be open on November 15, 2021.
   

   Please confirm and see if your oral presentation is scheduled on November 18, 2021.
