Procedure
  1. If you don’t have an ASEAN IVO account, please create an account head to “Create Account” on the right. If you already have an account which you created last year or when you applied to join the ASEAN IVO Forum 2022, you can continue to use that.
  2. The submission has two parts.
    1. The first part is to provide basic information for your submission, for which there is a Check List, Applicant Information and Project Members Information. If you didn’t provide any one of these, you cannot advance to the next step for submission.
    2. The second part is to upload the necessary documents including “Certificate Letter”, “Project Summary” and “Project Proposal”. Please refer to the following requirements and prepare and submit the necessary documents and upload.
  3. Any revision can be accepted by January 10, 2023. Please note: the website for “Submission” will be closed at 23:59 on January 10, 2023 (JST). Any revision after the deadline cannot be accepted.
Requirements for file

Certification Letter (Download form)
- Not only the project leader but also all other project members are required.
   Please join the files of each person and submit them as a single file.
- Format: PDF only
- File size: No more than 5MB

Project Summary (Download form)
- Pages: No more than 1 pages
- Format: PDF and Word
- File size: No more than 5MB

Project Proposal (Download form)
- Pages: No more than 7 pages
- Format: PDF and Word
- File size: No more than 5MB
